St Pete location: I signed up on 5/28/08. The sales person told me I could cancel within 30 days( as long as I visited the club at least 7 times in the month.She did not give me the smartstart.(I did not qualify-as I was getting a great deal, she said.

So when I tried to cancel- i was informed that I could not! That I did not qualify to cancel. What???

Are you kidding?Oh and the sales person told me it was her word against mine- too boot!What is their freaken problem? word of mouth go's a long way- these days. We will see who is so smart>when this over!

I'm having the same problem! What did you ultimately do to get out of your contract??
