So I did as shapes asked and called their customer service agent, to make me madder then if I hadn't. My fault for signing a contract for the length of time I did, but for the staff to treat their customers like trash is uncalled for.
I signed up 2 years ago, and have enjoyed the classes, but last year they cancelled some of the morning classes in Wesley Chapel, leaving me with 2 days a week for us to go. Left that alone, but now if a class is going on in the pool you cannot get into the hot tub.
Why bother joining a gym when you cannot use the things you want. Be aware!!!
