trying to save money on endangering people health is not appropriate. With all the epidemics with the flu . Hepatitis and others . Somethin need to be done to improve sanitation.

It will be appreciated if the heath of the members is a priorty.

I was billed 1/26 then again 2/2.

I had physical problems which i had to to discontinue my enrollment and Im in the credit bureaus and even though I pay them off they keep u in the bureaus for 7years so if u are in this situation dont pay them wait until your 7years is up!! Company policy they says thats what the owner wants.!!

I cancelled my membership on Apr 27 and as I was told that I have a 30 day notice and that’s exactly what I did I have a 30 day notice and I called the shapes that I go to and they told me no on May 30 they took $55 off my credit card and I was told may 30 was the last day for me to come in I don’t know why they just want to take more money out of my bank account

Got a one month membership Oct 2017 Specifically asked if I could pay for it by debit because I didn't like if you don't cancel we keep billing you. Although the girl was confident that if she wrote cancel after 30 days it would..

Which is some uneducated girl that has no clue what is actually going on. Then I finally get my money back and then I get charged again nov 2018. Seriously how is this not theft? This isn't a mistake at this point.

Jani Roberts is a scam artist.She wanted my social security card made copies of all my certifications as a Personal Trainer n Certified Yoga Teacher.I next was asked for 350.00 to take a instructional class.I never was hired.I asked for all my records n personal social security card.She was alwats in a meeting or mouching free airline tickets from Jenna.One of her Zumba teachers.I had to file a police report for fraudulent use of my social security card.She did this to another lady named Dorothy. I joined the gym through the sliver sneakers program and I pay ten dollars a month, which comes out of my checking account every month. I got a letter from a collection agency.

I took the letter to the temple terrace site in Tampa Florida and Kelsey whom I was told that she was whom will be able to help me with this issue, have not tried to contact me but once.

When i call she's either in a meeting or not there. This look like a government fraud issue or kelsey the manger don't give a damn about her clients....

My gym has moved and every time I go to it is is locked up. I’ve tried calling and calling and says mailbox full.

This place is disgusting! Dirty bathrooms and pool area.

The staff barely looks up when you walk in or ignores you like you are a bother. They are rude when you try to cancel.

They tried to charge me $60 for a membership that is $37.44 and it's not even worth that. Trainer told me I was gonna break the machine and didnt offer to help me.

Shapes gym requires a contract in order for you to utilize their services. Life happens and signing a contract for these type of establishments is where they get their money.

We had an unexpected move do to a career change and I am unable to attend the gym because there is not one available near our new home. Cancelling was not hard though the person on the other end of the line was not very nice, and had an attitude when she informed me that I would have to continue to pay for two more months.

I informed her that I would not be signing up with Shapes ever again until they changed this policy. I would not recommend this establishment.

After years of being unhealthy I was encouraged to join shapes. Loved the instructors and the classes only to show up and the doors were closed.

I paid for a 2 year membership amd had only completed 6 months and was told I would be transferred to Sttive.

We'll strive is not honoring my contract and no one will Call me back. Ann is horrible for doing what she did to all of us and Shapes Corp should've stepped in to make sure their faithful customers were take care of.
